WG was incorporated as a private limited company in 1999 under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965. The Company has an authorized capital of RM1.0 Million and an issued and paid-up capital of RM900,000.
The Company's Board of Directors comprises of professionals and entrepreneurs who are passionate about an equitable society. We believe in "doing well by doing good".
The Board of WG also appoints experts in its related areas of business as advisors from time to time to infuse fresh perspectives and bring new knowledge and ideas to the company.
WG is registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. Our registration number is 357-01002382.
WG's head-office is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
